Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Methods

We offer worldwide shipping for our spare parts and accessories for classic Lamborghini tractors. Shipping is handled by our trusted partners, depending on the destination country and package size:

• DHL (Standard Shipping) – for domestic and international deliveries
• Freight – for particularly large or heavy items
• Local Pickup – by prior arrangement in Sindelfingen

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and delivery address:

• Germany: 2–4 working days
• EU: 4–7 working days
• International: 7–14 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary in exceptional cases, such as high order volumes or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination country of the order. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during the order process, before completing the purchase:

• Germany: from 4.90 EUR
• EU: from 9.90 EUR
• International: from 19.90 EUR

For orders over 150 EUR, shipping within Germany is free.

4. Partial Shipments

If part of your order is not immediately available, we reserve the right to ship in partial deliveries. In this case, no additional shipping charges will apply.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Local Pickup

You can also pick up your order directly from us in Sindelfingen. Select "Local Pickup" during the order process and contact us to schedule a pickup appointment:

7. Customs and Import Regulations

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check the import regulations of your country in advance.

8. Return Conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

Requirements for Return:

• The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Custom-made items or parts ordered specifically for you are excluded from returns.

How to return:

• Contact: Send us an email at info@traktormanufaktur.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return Address: We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping.
• Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not accept shipments with postage due.
